Mini Trendy Tartlet with Ganache and Mint
Under the motto “chocolate is always a good idea”, today we’re sharing the recipe for these Mini Trendy Shells filled with dark chocolate ganache and mint. Mmmm… Did the process of mouth-watering start already?
8 Pidy Mini Trendy Shells 5cm
1 ½ cup of dark chocolate
½ cup cream
1 tbsp mint leaves
1 tbsp of butter
Warm the cream with the mint leaves and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour the cream over the chocolate and add the butter.
Divide the mixture over the Pidy Mini Trendy Shells.
Decorate with a mint leaf.
