Spicy Cup with Guacamole
24 Pidy Spicy Cups Mexican Chili
1/2 onion, finely diced
2 tomatoes, diced
3 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp sea salt
Mash the avocado.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
Fill the Spicy Cups with the guacamole.
Decorate with a leaf of Vene Cress
