Trendy Tartlet with Pecan Nuts
6 Pidy Trendy Shells
1 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup light-brown sugar
1/4 granulated sugar
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 Tsp vanilla extract
½ Tsp salt
1 ½ cup pecan halves
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, corn syrup, sugars, butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Mix in crumbled pecans. Pour mixture into the Trendy tartlets.
Bake 15-20 min. a preheated oven at 170°C/ 338°F
Decorate with pecan nuts on top. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
